This is the road to Red Rock Canyon just west of Las Vegas. You don't necessarily think of mountains and rock climbing and hiking when you think of Las Vegas, so this was a bit of a surprise. Below is a picture of us with Paul. Notice the bright red rocks over my left shoulder.
